He explained the features of the car when I took delivery the next day. Purchasing a new vehicle is a big decision but Derrick made me feel at ease & I am very comfortable with my decision. I appreciate his help & he has followed up with me after taking delivery to see if I had any questions. I told him I can't believe how much better my 2018 Optima handles compared to my 2007 Optima.
