I was shocked when It was recommended to replace all 4 tires for a nail hole in my front tire with only 17000 miles on my 2023 KIA. After discussions it was determined that my tires have plenty of tread tires for a nail hole in my front tire with only 17000 miles on my 2023 KIA. After discussions it was determined that my tires have plenty of tread and there would not be a need to replace the other 3 tires. My wife almost took the bait to authorize the replacement of all 4 tires. I found the recommendation totally unacceptable. More
Service quality has gone down over the past years. A simple "free oil" change recently day see damage and unneccesaary repair coat as a result of their tech leaving the cap was left off. The service management didn't take it serious upon notification and returning t me car, the replaced part, receipt and pictures. They never attempted to resolve the issue. We bought a brand new car from your dealership in 2018, and the engine died. When we first got the car we paid for the hospitality service and it states that our engine has a lifetime warranty but when our and the engine died. When we first got the car we paid for the hospitality service and it states that our engine has a lifetime warranty but when our car engine is no good we are told that we are not covered, also after bringing the car back to your dealership the technician told me that we needed a crank starter sensor for the car to run, then we were told that it was ready for pick up, after my husband and I arrived at the dealership the technician told us that the car still doesn’t start , this was very frustrating because he misdiagnosed the car and we came to the dealership for nothing and in the mean time we were told that we still have to pay even though the car is still not running after being told that all it needed was a sensor then being told that the the engine is no longer good, so now we have to pay for something that didn’t benefit us and plus try to figure out how we will get money to tow the car back to our residence. How is this fair to us? Also, I’ve left several messages for the manager to get in touch with me regarding this matter and I haven’t received a return phone call or email. More
