Upon arrival I was greeted like the King I am, but it didn't stop the I went to Southern GMC Greenbrier in Virginia to upgrade my previous work truck. Upon arrival I was greeted like the King I am, but it didn't stop there. The service I received surpassed anything I have ever been offered in my life or anything I have ever received. I was brought to tears on more than one occasion with joy and complete satisfaction. I knee my intention was to ride out in a new ride and was under the impression that all they cared about was selling me one. Oh no, my satisfaction and comfort was their number one goal. After I told my sales representative CHRIS my choice of interest, he took me to exactly that with keys in hand, he then brought to the same location 3 similar trucks and immediately started explaining the difference of each. I learn so much that day I grantee I can start selling cars. I would recommend all my families and friends to pay this dealer ship a visit. Great sale service but not very good customer service afterw So I bought a new 2018 terrain. The sale experience was smooth and easy. It's the last three days that are the problem. I bought the car and they said So I bought a new 2018 terrain. The sale experience was smooth and easy. It's the last three days that are the problem. I bought the car and they said that I would have to wait for my 2nd key and car manual from their VB location. I came back the next day and waited an hour and was told that I would have the items as promised delivered. That never happened because I was told I would get a call or something, which never happened. Then the second day went by with no communication from the sales manager or the rep I worked with. So I called and left messages for both. No response. I asked to speak to another sales manager who then told me it would be tomorrow,again. So today arrived.....nothing. I had to call to get any communication on what is going on with the items I was promised. I was told the keys might be lost and I would be FedEx the manual which I still have to wait for. I'm very disappointed with the service after I bought my car. More

They are crooks - I went to this dealership to buy a truck - I owned a 2012 Chevy PU and I was told that they would give me $17,000 on trade in - I made a mistake in no I went to this dealership to buy a truck - I owned a 2012 Chevy PU and I was told that they would give me $17,000 on trade in - I made a mistake in not reviewing the paperwork that they put in front of me to sign and I ended up with a LEASED 2017 GMC Sierra - and they only gave me $8,000 for my truck...The truck was listed on the computer at $38,400 and when all said and done - it was $42,000. It was never explained to me that the price had increased and that I was signing a lease and not the paperwork to buy the truck. I went back to the dealership that Monday and they would not change it...They are crooked people...DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. I have contacted GMC and filed a complaint. This was my first and last GMC that I will ever purchase. I guess I should have paid closer attention to what I was signing - thought they were a stand up dealership. More

All I can say is insurance fraud. The only reason I'm giving them a star at all is because it wouldn't let me continue with 0 stars. I brought my car here with an insurance claim. They basically vacuumed the carpet and gave it back. What they were supposed to do was replace the carpet and headliner, find and repair the leak. I point out that the proper work wasn't done and they tell me parts are on order (after giving it back and saying the work was complete) and that they needed more money from the insurance company to complete the repairs. Lol. Cancelled all payments and took it somewhere else. More
