They only have a couple technicians Steve was awesome and repaired my encore but as far as service writers really suck to put it nicely. They couldn’t even give me a loaner vehicle I had extended warranty bu repaired my encore but as far as service writers really suck to put it nicely. They couldn’t even give me a loaner vehicle I had extended warranty but the repair was covered by power train warranty and was without a vehicle for over a week I will not ever be back!! More
