My service advisor Bink lied to my face and said I told him to move forward with work. I had gotten a quote for some work which included a fuel system cleaning new spark plugs and new wires and was quoted him to move forward with work. I dropped my car off to let me know it would be $1400. I told him I could not afford that and that I would pick the car up. before I arrive, Ben gave me a call back saying they had already performed the fuel cleaning and that I had told him it was OK to move forward, which was a lie. All calls are recorded there so they should have easily been able to figure out that’s not true. When I arrive to pick up my keys, I was a little upset that I had been lied on to which the manager says you don’t need to raise your voice and he wanted to look into it to which I responded you don’t need me to look into it. I just need my keys instead of looking into it by listening to the phone calls that they have immediate access to he instead asked me not to come back. gladly I will not be back. I have been a customer of Southern Gmc for 13 or 14 years at this point. I won’t be returning if I could give zero stars I would. More
I accidentally made my appt for the wrong dealership and did not realize until I showed up. She still was able to get me in same day for my inspection and told me it would done be end of day. Asked about my warranty cause my suv is getting to 100,000 no body was able to answers. No chair to sit until 20 minutes later a chair came by a good lady. I hate so much going there. More
I recently had my Yukon in there for a repair and a recall. It was probably the worst experience I’ve had in 40 years of owning vehicles. The communication was terrible. I was told multiple times that “I will call you tomorrow by lunchtime”, Only not to hear anything back. I was also told your part will be here in four days, only to not receive the part for 10-12. I obviously would not have left the vehicle up there for 10 days waiting on a part when it was perfectly drivable. I called approximately 20 to 30 times, multiple times lodging complaints. This is probably why I have a nail in my tire now. Of course I cannot prove this, but I drove from your dealership to my house, It’s all highway and the nail is obviously not from the road. Again, I cannot prove any of this, but for your viewing pleasure take a look at the attachment. I doubt seriously that I will ever bring my vehicle there or buy a vehicle from your dealership again.
