I really appreciate how efficient, professional and inviting by the entire staff(service reps, mechanics/technicians and parts dept) I wasn’t very happy with the price to install under dashboard lig inviting by the entire staff(service reps, mechanics/technicians and parts dept) I wasn’t very happy with the price to install under dashboard lighting, puddle lamps on side view mirrors and 1 foot pedal. Over $600, make me very leery and think about doing installs or anything else that I can handle, myself. I understand everything has a cost, but that’s a little much! Otherwise Kiudos to all involve, except the folks that determine and set the pricing for service. As a retired United State Air Force member, the price was shocking!!! Dwayne Gladden More

My first service appointment left a little to be desired. First the service people were sitting behind a desk that was behind a glass. It being my first time I was not sure what the protocol was. When my service was complete they tried to tell me that my service contract had been cancelled on my new car that I had just purchased in March that only had just over 5000 miles. I was a little annoyed the I had to take up more of my time to get that cleared up. How would a service for free oil change and State inspections that is extended to every Buick sold be canceled. MAKE THAT MAKE SINCE. After I took up my time going to talk with the finance person. I received a phone call from someone trying to offer me warranty options. Now I am completely annoyed. I explain again and was told that it was fixed. I pray that my next visit will be better. More
