I had an unexpected issue with my car and the servicing team was able to work me into the system without an appointment despite their busy schedule. Service department was very unreliable. I had a 8am appt. They never called me back to let me know what was going on. I had to call off from work and I went to the dealership to hear the te I had a 8am appt. They never called me back to let me know what was going on. I had to call off from work and I went to the dealership to hear the technician left for the day and didn't leave any notes. I kept getting the run around and they ended up keeping my vehicle for 4 days. And if I hadn't sent my husband up there Monday I wouldn't have known my vehicle was ready cause no one reached out to me to let me know. This is not the first time I have tried to give them another chance.. Twice I went for a oil change and was in there for over 3hrs waiting. Not to mention they didn't even have a rental car available for me the whole time . YOU have to understand that the customer can only go off what you tell them, so don't get mad when we come in with an attitude it's cause you lied to us. More
