I called the day before to ask if I had a warranty on a battery and I was told I did and to just bring it in. I brought my car in and after they ran the test on the battery they called to tell me, oh it's battery and I was told I did and to just bring it in. I brought my car in and after they ran the test on the battery they called to tell me, oh it's actually not under warranty after they told me it already was. I said okay I'll just pick my car up from you all and go get a battery somewhere. They then told me that I need to pay $135 for the fee to test the battery. I told them you told me it was under warranty to bring it here, ran the test then told me it wasn't under warranty. So I don't feel it's fair that I need to pay that $135. I was then told not to worry about the $135 and to just come pick up the car when I come to pick up the car. T I'll call her, the service director for southern GMC had my car held hostage and was saying that I needed to pay the $135 after I was already told I did not.(I guess she felt she needed to use what power she has when she can) I asked to speak with her and she would not come out to speak with me. This is typical when someone knows the are wrong. She had someone else relay this message to me. After reading more into my paperwork I noticed that I had the warranty for the battery in my hand. I then gave that to them and they went to the back to give that to T since she wouldn't come out of her office. She then sent her people back to tell me that, well when we handed the battery into the battery company they came back and said they didn't want to put the battery under warranty so there's no warranty on it. I asked them why nobody contacted me to let me know this and they said they don't know. That's a completely different story than they told me when I was on the phone about why there wasn't a warranty on it. It seems they couldn't make up their mind on why it didn't have a warranty. T then said she will not release my car unless I pay the $135 fee. More

In addition; they tried to forcefully sell me a service that I didn't want and there justification was that "it was a corporate thing and not them". At finalization, found out that it was not true and that these were optional items. Here were it gets worst, they then wanted me to FALSIFY documents, which I refused and they rejected my purchase and allowed me to walk away even after I had already paid them in full. To the military members of this community, make sure you take all your documents to legal before you signor make any purchases from this dealership. More

Our salesman, Moose, told us it was not spoken for so we put our deposit, it was in transit, and we were waiting on it to arrive. Checked in with Moose for updates on the arrival. Last we heard it was Due around July 1st. We also had the VIN from our paperwork and would receive updates. We got a VIN update it was in VA and passed inspection but no one notified us. This was odd as 5 days earlier, Moose told us it was expected any day. When we inquired they informed us the car we put a 1k deposit on 4 weeks ago had been sold to someone else. They gave some stories about not realizing, blah blah blah. A bunch of lies to justify their extremely unprofessional tactics. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place and these unprofessional, dishonest people. More

I was interested in buying a GMC Denali until they told me there was a 5000.00 supply and demand fee added to the sticker price! Even with all the issues going on and our economy in trouble from Biden lead me there was a 5000.00 supply and demand fee added to the sticker price! I will not even go into detail about how they said the car was there Friday night and then on Saturday morning they didn't think it was really there. Now the hidden charges: Vin etching is an absolute scam $499 when you can buy the kits on ebay or amazon for $19.99. The mandatory security system of $699 is a joke, I literally should have ripped it out of the car and shoved it up their backsides. Enjoy the extra $1500 you thieves. More
One of the reasons I choose to do business with these guys was their stellar rating. Unfortunately that did not work out for me. I found a nice used Explorer with them. Unfortunately things rapidly went down hill. I was told if I really wanted that car I should put a refundable drposit down. Which I did, $500.00 After placing the deposit I happened across the same car on eBay for $1,000.00 more. Then I noticed the auttrader ad was also changed. I emailed the saleman with an inquiry stating I took a screen shot of the price I agreed to. Next I get a call from Timothy the manager stating we had to go over several things. He asked if the salesman told me what fees were involved, I said no, but I did see the $795.00 dealer prep fee. He said yes and there is also a mandatory etching fee and a pseudo Low Jack installation. I asked him to send me the data. He sent a bill of sale listing the prep fee, the etching fee $499.00, and the LowJack fee $699.00 and another “other” fee of around $100.00. Now mind you, this is not a new Explorer, it is a 2007, listed at $9,995.00. I emailed him back stating that nothing was said about this and I was unwilling to put such extras on a $10,000 vehicle. So, please send my deposit back. He then emails me a new bill without the two ad ons. He told me they were mandatory and now they are not? I called to speak to Timothy and he said he had been out of the office, that they were having issues with employees. I told him, NO, you are the person who I was dealing with. He said he couldn’t change the billing so he lowered the price of the car….back to my agreed upon price. I told him I was sorry, but I would not be doing business with such an underhanded operation and that I wanted my deposit returned ASAP. THAT WAS A WEEK AGO. I emailed after 3 days and called on the 4th. Again he tried to blame the salesman. That was Weds, it is now Friday and I do not have the deposit back in my account. Who in the world thinks it is logical to add almost $2.000.00 of fees to a used $10,000 car. More
