It was rushed Overall it was an OK experience, they called me about "wanting" my Kia Rio since others had been lost over the years. I was given options on the color of what I wanted to replace it with, then next thing I know we're test driving a 2019 Forte. All I said I wanted was Cruise Control. We come back and it was paperwork time, and I have a 2019 Forte. It wasn't a "bad" experience, but my best interests as a whole were definitely not top priority to anyone there that day. More
