Called for service status at/about 4pm the following day and was told that vehicle is not yet ready. Reading between the lines it sounded as if they did not even start the service yet. Received a call at/about 5:15 that is vehicle was ready for pickup, expecting me to drop everything and arrive before closing at 6pm. Next day on vehicle pickup the service ticket was written wrong and required edits preventing a quick in and out experience. And finally before departing I noticed that the oil trip computer was not reset, requiring a 5-10 minute wait for a tech to be identified and resolve the issue. These are small attention to detail challenges that are most likely isolated. More
