I knew exactly what I wanted when I first talked to Mark. Hall didn't have it on their lot but Mark found it in another state and delivered it to me!! Is that service or what? Told me to call Stacy in the service department and they would take care of everything. They certainly did just that!! Stacy was great to work with and she went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied. There was even a problem with the repair, but both Mark and Stacy stayed right on it and made sure I was completely satisfied...which I was. They are a tremendous asset to Hall and I am extremely pleased to have met both of them and not the least bit hesitant to reccommend Hall. They are definitely A-1 in my book!! More

My husband and I were in the market for a used car. We saw the model and make we were looking for at this dealership in Chesapeake. We live in Newport New so it is a nice drive to get down there. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were then shown the vehicle and took it for a test drive within the first fifteen minutes of being there. We decided to make the purchase and Marc was wonderfully patient and very easy to talk to. This is the best customer service I have ever received at a dealership!I can't speak as highly about the rest of the staff but Marc Marcomeni was a great pleasure to interact with and if you are in the market for a vehicle, it is well worth the commute to work with him!
