The actual service technicians are great, but the communication, timeliness, and friendliness of the service advisors is absolutely abysmal. My car was there for over 2 weeks for a starter replacemen communication, timeliness, and friendliness of the service advisors is absolutely abysmal. My car was there for over 2 weeks for a starter replacement and state inspection. It sat there for 13 days before they even began the work. There were never any updates given unless I specifically would reach out. And even then they would never call answer or call back. I hate to reach out through the automated text system. More

This time I had two vehicles scheduled back to back for state inspections with limited time for me to do pickups when done. Dee Dee helped me work out pickup and drop off and I got both vehicles back easil state inspections with limited time for me to do pickups when done. After waiting 3 hours for an oil change, balance & rotation and to repair a slow leak, no one told me they couldn't repair the tire but balanced it and out on the front. Why didn't they tell me so I could have purchased a new tire but instead they charged me for the repair. I didn't know how until I asked about it and then they refunded the repair money. Now I'm going somewhere else to purchase another tire. My time was wasted. More
