On 3/8, I took my 2017 Cadillac XT5 to the dealership for service due to a running fan noise and a check engine light. I was notified on 3/11 that the repair was complete, but later that evening, I noticed pink fluid leaking in my driveway. I returned the vehicle to the dealership, where they found a crack in the intel pipe unit housing the thermostat. They replaced the part, tested it, and returned the vehicle to me the next day. However, I soon discovered another active coolant leak, sent a video to my service advisor, and brought the car back again. This time, they provided a rental and determined the issue was due to untightened bolts. The shop foreman made the necessary repairs, and I was notified on 3/14 that my car was finally ready. While Matthew Surles provided excellent customer service, the repeated service issues have significantly lowered my trust in this dealership for future repairs. More
