I would never use this dealership for service or purchase a vehicle. The General Manager is probably one of the rudest people i have ever met. They have a lot issues when it comes to their services advisors dealing with customers. Express lane customer service is usually a better experience. No need for an appointment, your vehicle is never seen at the appointed time. And again, they couldn’t care any less about your concerns when they are brought to management’s attention. More
