The worst communication out of any customer service interaction I've ever had. I was told multiple times a day for several days that I would get a call back, and I didn't. I had a 930 am Monday appointment. My vehicle was not diagnosed until Friday. The part took 5 days to come in. My service rep was great and apologized for the wait.
