My vehicle was brought in for an oil change and I was informed that I would be called when it was completed. About three hours later I received a message with a link to a video stating an inspection was informed that I would be called when it was completed. There was nothing in the video telling me what was happening and I had to message the number to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. I was then told that there was a lot of things wrong and had to wait hours before I received any information about that as well. As a first time car owner this process was all just very confusing and I felt I should have been informed that my vehicles services were completed rather than just waiting around to send me a quote for a bill of all the issues that were found More
