AJ was a decent rep but did not mention that I would have to leave my van for a few days. No one communicated with me at end of day to let know a status, so when I arrived the next morning, nothing had been to leave my van for a few days. Service member AJ doesn’t call to give updates on my vehicle. I dropped it off two weeks ago and had to call twice each week to get updates. On some of the calls I made other service members representat vehicle. I dropped it off two weeks ago and had to call twice each week to get updates. On some of the calls I made other service members representatives told me that they were going to leave a note on his desk to call me back and he never called back. Awful service from his part never had issues with this dealership until I had AJ as my service representative. More
