Just had new tires installed on my truck and one of the lug studs was cross threaded. The last time that tire was removed was during a tire rotation at Southern Chesapeake. - was told I could pick up my car Friday, called 5 times on Friday to get an update, was told they have 48 hours to return a call. Got my car back on Monday - Had the price sheet sent to me with charge for eye glasses, gloves and towels used during my recall repair which is unheard of to pay for. - was told at drop off my car diagnostic would be 240 and when price sheet was sent it was 249 which I called my husband in front of the technician and confirmed the 240 price. Finally went to get my car back, paid and was given my keys only to be told I could go find my car within the first row of cars out front or in the last two rows of cars to the side of the lot, walked the lot and never found my car. Went back inside to ask for help, service person couldn’t find it either and the went to go look behind the building and came back a while later explaining that I would have never found my car on my own bc it was all the way in the fart heat corner spot in the back of the building. I dropped off my car in the service repair area, why wouldn’t it be brought forward after I pay? - also the woman in the service repair area who I had the displeasure of speaking with on the phone twice had a truly poor attitude and customer service and made an already frustrating and disappointing experience worse. Somehow getting frustrated with me for having expected someone to communicate with me the same day and finally sharing the 48 hour call back, despite my explaining the circumstance that the car was supposed to be ready for pick up that day (Friday) after being told they wouldn’t be working on it over the weekend. Overall so disappointing More

Making the appointment was easy enough and all employees I encountered were helpful and friendly. I would suggest refraining from giving incorrect times for service.
