The communication was not good. I had to drive up to dealership to find out the status. I called up to the dealership twice and left a call back and never heard back. Work completed was to my satisfaction. I approved work to completed via text. When I arrived for pickup I was told I was only quoted for one tire so the final bill increased considerably. I approved work to completed via text. When I arrived for pickup I was told I was only quoted for one tire so the final bill increased considerably. I had the screenshot of what I approved which was for two tires but only 10% was taken off. It wasn't my error but somehow it was my fault since I ended paying an amount I didn't agree to. More
