Good experience. I dropped off with no appointment and they were able to complete my annual inspection and oil change service the next day! Terrible experience. I booked an appointment to view a car I found on cars.com. I received several reminders making me believe it was going to be smooth at arrival. Nope I booked an appointment to view a car I found on cars.com. I received several reminders making me believe it was going to be smooth at arrival. Nope! Let’s go through the initial issues: I was reassigned to another sales person because the one I was scheduled with was busy, the car wasn’t on site and I had to wait for my new sales person to get it from another dealership, the keys couldn’t be located, and the 1st hour was spent waiting. Ugh. We decided to look at the 2nd car we were looking at, until the dealership could find the keys to the other car. We test drove the 2nd car for about 10 mins and ventured over to the 1st choice car to see if the keys were located. One thing I want to note is that our assigned sales rep was great, Deshawn, he was very attentive and very apologetic to the challenges we were facing. After 5 mins, Deshawn came out with the keys! The lot attendant of this secondary dealership took them home and didn’t realize they were in his pocket. At this point I was already really irritated! After looking over our 1st/2nd choice we decided to stay with our 1st choice. Here is where we run into more issues. The dealership apparently adds dealer accessories when they get their cars and fails to clearly advertise these in their prices on the site so you can imagine my surprise when I saw them on my invoice. Not to mention the fact they told me that I had to pay for them cause they needed their money back. What happened to me having them added at time of purchase. I lived 3hrs away…I wasn’t coming back to have them removed and get the car after spending 4 hrs already!!! Errr. After arguing we finally just took the car as is, as we were already frustrated. Last few things to mention before I close this review. On our way home the metal plate underneath the car fell down 5 mins after getting on the highway. I had to stop twice, get under the car on the highway to try to push it back up. I eventually went to an auto zone to have them help me put new screws back in and replace the missing ones. Appears they changed the oil but never secured the plate. Thank God for smart and very helpful auto zone workers! Last thing, yes there is more, I contact the general manager to express my frustration and although he was very apologetic and gave a suggestion to rectify the entire day..there was no follow through. The car is great but this dealership is something else. More
