Crystal was fantastic to work with, kept me updated daily and was an absolute GEM. I have had some not so fantastic experiences there in the past with my other jeep but Crystal completely outdid herself and and was an absolute GEM. We purchased a brand new car three weeks ago. We were given one key at the time of purchase and promised we would have the second key within a week. We had to call and request the key which the We were given one key at the time of purchase and promised we would have the second key within a week. We had to call and request the key which the dealership lost so they ordered a new one. At the appointment to have the key programmed the service department couldn’t get it to work after three hours. When the new key arrived we went back for another two hours and they couldn’t program it again. They also ruined the first key so now the car won’t start. Customer service and sales has been awful with no resolution in sight or sense of urgency on their part and the situation keeps getting worse. More
