This dealership failed me on a state inspection for one of the reasons as “windshield wipers torn”. There was nothing wrong with my windshield wipers. I had to spend unnecessary money due to this. There was horrible communication throughout my truck being there. I had my radiator replaced and the mechanic didn’t even bother filling it up with coolant. The mechanic also suggested I replace my left side catalytic converter which would cost $3,900 due to two broken bolts causing an exhaust leak. Instead of offering to replace the bolts like I ended up doing it feels as if they were just trying to get me for more money. More

Disappointed with our experience at Southern Ram. Saleswoman wasn’t very knowledgeable. she even admitted to crashing into a recycling bin while bringing the truck around for a second test drive. The only reason we returned was because they price-matched a truck from Texas, but they kept making passive-aggressive comments about “losing money” because we negotiated from $92K to $85K.
