Purchasing my vehicle was easy but they completely screwed up when I said I wanted to register in a different state. Instead of sending the title to the lien holder (my bank) they sent it to the VA DM screwed up when I said I wanted to register in a different state. Instead of sending the title to the lien holder (my bank) they sent it to the VA DMV and was completely unhelpful in solving the issue. They gave me inaccurate information and were lazy when it came to providing me necessary services. Had to go down to the financial office multiple times to solve this problem that they created. My time was limited due to me being in Army bootcamp in Oklahoma and leaving my wife to deal with it alone. This is just a warning for any military members that want to register their vehicle in a different state, let these dumbasses register it in VA for you, then whenever you are able to get ahold of the title (whether it be through your bank or whatever) register it yourself in your desired state. Once you tell them you will register it yourself in a different state they will not help you in the slightest, not even answer the phone or call you back no matter how many messages you leave, even if things go horribly wrong (and take three months to finally register your vehicle) like they did with me. Will never go to this dealership ever again. Absolutely terrible customer service. More
