I was having good experiences here until after an oil change the technician put my oil Filter cap on too tight. They torqued it or something. I went for my next oil change and they told me they couldn’t change the technician put my oil Filter cap on too tight. They torqued it or something. I went for my next oil change and they told me they couldn’t get the cap off. Wanted to charge me $1,200 for a new oil cooler housing unit. This part is $187 dollars for a metal after market and $290 for a plastic one again through mopar. I won’t be coming back. More
