Between 22 Jul 225 to 8 Jul 26 I have experienced, on 94 occasions, problems with the UConnect system on my Jeep. These issues include loud buzzing, black screens, constant downloading (normal cycle lasts occasions, problems with the UConnect system on my Jeep. These issues include loud buzzing, black screens, constant downloading (normal cycle lasts from 30 seconds to 120 seconds, failure of touchscreen buttons to operate, and message errors that a UConnect Box Error has occurred and to immediately take to take my Jeep to the dealer service department. I have brought the car to the dealership on several occasions, gave the technician a detailed description of each failure. The technician was unable to duplicate the issue. On 17 April 26, I returned to the dealership after getting another UConnect error message. This time, after much testing, the buzzing commenced, screen went black, all functions ceased to perform, and finally downloading commenced. The technician informed me the system was faulty (no surprise there!) and that a replacement was ordered. He said I would be called when it arrived. It has been almost three months, and I have not heard anything. I have even stopped by the service department on occasion and have been told it still had not come in! I really feel that I cannot rate anyone since NOTHING has happened, nor has anyone kept me informed. More
