The worst part is when a customer makes an appointment the time it's not honored.When I make an appointment I have other appointments scheduled around that time...when I have 9 o'clock appointment and my the time it's not honored.When I make an appointment I have other appointments scheduled around that time...when I have 9 o'clock appointment and my vehicle is not ready until 3 or 4 pm that's a major problem. Also on my last service I had an oil leak immediately following the oil change I was happy that I noticed the leak otherwise I could have blown up my engine More

I called in to try to schedule an appt for rim repair and needed to know when the wheel repair guy would be on site. I was passed around to several people via phone and no one called me back.
