When I arrived at the service desk, everyone just looked at me like they didn’t want help. Then the lady in the middle asked my name and said Michelle would be helping me, who was in the phone. After I checked in with Michelle for a warning light that was on I showed her a recall letter I received about my vehicle. She said it doesn’t apply to me unless a check engine light was on. I took her word as gospel but after I left I read the letter again and it said nothing about a light bring on and my bin number was on the letter. I called the service desk and spoke with Crystal/chrustine. And explained the letter and she said she would definitely have the look at it because she could see the recall in her system. My car was pulled up about 45 min later and it sat for about 10 min so I got up and went over to Michelle who was on the phone again ignoring me again and then said that the recall was addressed no thanks to her More

I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership over the years, so it’s disappointing to write this review. I recently brought a car in for an issue, and after inspection, the dealership recommende over the years, so it’s disappointing to write this review. I recently brought a car in for an issue, and after inspection, the dealership recommended roughly $13,000 in repairs, including a long list of transmission and clutch-related components. The estimate was mostly a parts list with little breakdown or justification, and I had to ask separately to understand the labor portion. The symptoms didn’t seem to match a catastrophic transmission issue, so I had a nice conversation with the tech about why I thought it was a different issue. After another week in the shop, the dealer continued to recommend thousands in parts and repairs. I sought a second opinion from a small independent shop. They suspected a failure of the component I initially asked the dealer to replace, installed the replacement part I had already purchased, and the issue was resolved in about 24 hours — for about $300 in labor. I understand that diagnosing intermittent problems can be difficult. But recommending a $13k repair without first narrowing down the root cause was disappointing, especially as a repeat customer. Even more frustrating was the non transparent and often unreliable communications throughout the process. Unfortunately, this experience has cost the dealership my future service business. Matter fact the general manager had Shea to call me and explain everything, but I never gotten an apology so I won't be going back to that north military dealership.
