I had a disappointing experience at this location. A part that I was told would only take a week to order took over three weeks to arrive. Delaying my repair. Dropped off vehicle day prior to having a 7am appointment to diagnose issue. Day of appointment, didn't hear anything by 11am. Took over 3 and a half hours of calling every 20 to 30 min before I had the sale to diagnose issue. Day of appointment, didn't hear anything by 11am. Took over 3 and a half hours of calling every 20 to 30 min before I had the sales manager walk over and have the service rep take my call to which they provided me the update that the tech found nothing wrong. My vehicle still has a fuel smell coming through the vents and mixing into the oil but they couldn't find any issue. $250 diagnostic fee for nothing. More
