Everything is extremely slow and no one follows up with you. I was waiting for parts to come in and rescheduled for service. Weeks go by before I have to call in myself and they say "oh the parts been here you. I was waiting for parts to come in and rescheduled for service. Called back to talk to the service advisor and the mechanic assured that this was correct and how it was and if I wanted to show them what was wrong I'd have to bring it back in. Within 5 seconds of showing the mechanic he admits yes, that is not how it's suppose to be. It's a big waste of time for them to only tackle issues that they deem necessary. Multi point inspection was noted to be complete, but no paperwork, no report was given. This is fraud, a major safety concern that they are not checking the safety of customers vehicles. Unfortunately I am still under warranty and will have to come here. It is an utter disaster working with these people. More

Marvin was a nice guy, but made promises he couldn't keep apparently because of his managers and forced to purchase optional items like LoJack being told it was the mandated by the dealership.........need I go on?
