Service department was great upon check in. During the repair, I received no updates concerning my repair. I had to call to get updates. I had to initiate the conversation to see if they would re-assign the work or did I have to wait an undetermined amount of time for the mechanic to come back. If I could rate less I would. They quoted my mother $1200 to replace a radiator fan assembly. In reality a $25 relay needed to be replaced. I know because I fixed it myself.
