Brenda Carey. I purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass that has a defective rear differential on it. I took it to another Jeep dealership and they diagnosed the problem. When I contacted southern auto group I was told “sorry” but we can’t help you. I only had the vehicle for 2 weeks when the clunking noise started. So yes I’m very disappointed. I thought they would be more concerned about trying to take care of it!!
