the service associates, Tina and Stevie are absolutely fantastic. They were a great help to me. My jeep had 8000 miles on it so i brought it in for my oil change and tire rotation. Picked it up and several hours later had to have it towed back to them. Was told the thermostat was sticking and the coolant valve seal was broke so leaked out all of my coolant. Picked it up and the next day, there was mud all over it and even on the inside of my door and had to call them because now the fan did not work and it was overheating so had to take it back again. Three times in one week. They have all been extremely nice and helpful but the work.....i will say no more. It was very inconveniencing. They did give me a loaner and Beatrice was absolutely the best person in the world. She made that experience very painless. More

The lady who put my service ticket in left her employment at the dealer. Nobody notified me when my car was done. When I called in it was ready (three weeks or more later). She had told me it might take up at the dealer. Nobody notified me when my car was done. When I called in it was ready (three weeks or more later). She had told me it might take up to 6 weeks so I waited to call in. It was great that the car was ready but the financing I had set up ended before I called in so I had to find another way to finance it in a hurry. I wasn't happy that it happened this way. More

Great service, the only complaints my husband and I had was we went to buy an Alfa Romeo and walked into the Alfa Romeo side, but there was nobody there and no signs to denote that we needed to go over to was we went to buy an Alfa Romeo and walked into the Alfa Romeo side, but there was nobody there and no signs to denote that we needed to go over to the main building. Then we the whole process took almost 3 hours between appraising the trade in and getting financing in order. Otherwise we bought an Alfa Romeo and the whole process was really easy.
