Took 3 visits for recall fix. On 1/6/26, dropped off but had to pick up to await parts ordered. On 1/22/26 dropped off but picked up due to defective parts received. The service and tech did not complete the work requested. After inspecting my car, they misdiagnosed the issue to a component unrelated to the issue described. If I had completed the recommended repairs, I w After inspecting my car, they misdiagnosed the issue to a component unrelated to the issue described. If I had completed the recommended repairs, I would have spent $13,000 for repairs that wouldn't have solved the problem. The technician and service advisor did not acknowledge this when I brought it up calmly. The whole process for the dealership to do this took 2 weeks and cost $175 with no change to my vehicle status. After towing the car to a small shop, they replaced the part I recommended for about $300 which fixed the problem and took less than a day. More

Terrible experience with this dealership. The communication is awful. You get a call center then have to leave a message then don’t get a call back. It took over two weeks to get my van back The communication is awful. You get a call center then have to leave a message then don’t get a call back. It took over two weeks to get my van back and they charged me over $1,800 to replace one spark plug and one coil pack. The reasons I will not be back are poor communication, length of time to repair and outrageous price. I would recommend going to a different dealership for service needs. More
