I wouldn't recommend any one purchase a car, truck or bicycle or anything. I have not had my truck for a full 30 days in my possession. It has been in the service department 3 times for the same thing bicycle or anything. I have not had my truck for a full 30 days in my possession. I had checked in online and was told to give my keys to a service associate named Sam. I was immediately greeted by a nice woman from the express desk and I told her I had checked in online and was supposed service associate named Sam. I was immediately greeted by a nice woman from the express desk and I told her I had checked in online and was supposed to see Sam, she pointed him out and said he would be with me next. When he was through he came over, I told him the same and he dismissed me and told me the express lane woman would take care of me. She then was with someone else. I found his behavior rude and unacceptable since I had just driven an hour for an oil change on the 50k vehicle I just bought from your dealership! Looks like we could use another course in customer service! More
