They charged me 2 diagnostic fees when my truck was in the same bay with the same tech, and got charged $350. I told them what the issue was, and got charged for it anyway. And the best part, nothing wa the same bay with the same tech, and got charged $350. I told them what the issue was, and got charged for it anyway. And the best part, nothing was fixed, and they forgot to put my valve stem cover back on. I had to go back to the dealer to get it. The only people to ever work on my truck is Southern Ram since I bought it in 2019. I don't think I'll be using them again or buy a vehichle from them. I'm gonna find a new shop that doesn't scam on fees. More

Talk too long to get an appointment, they were smiling and practically laughing when they were telling me how long it was going to be. On the date of my appointment I arrived, but I had to reschedule my a and practically laughing when they were telling me how long it was going to be. On the date of my appointment I arrived, but I had to reschedule my appointment because I was told the part was in but it was in fact not. After the appointment, my car smelled like gas and it took about 2 weeks to go away. The dealership did not follow up on the appointment to ask how anything went. I will not be using them again unless I absolutely have to. More
