Great service except on Sundays Knew what I wanted when I went in early Saturday. Carlton stepped right up, showed me some vehicles and worked up some numbers on my trade and what I Knew what I wanted when I went in early Saturday. Checked out some other dealers and cars but decided on the Dodge. Called Sunday with a couple of questions but never got a call back from management. Finally heard from them Monday and from then on it was smooth sailing. Got credit approval and sales order done before I went in to minimize paperwork time. Carlton and Mark in finance very helpful and explained everything clearly and answered all questions. Got tags and insurance transferred to the new vehicle while I was there. No bait and switch. All numbers matched what I had been told earlier. Good service plan with vehicle. Recommended but stay away from Sunday’s as they seem to be under staffed then. More
