New to the Area I had been seeing a family mechanic since moving to VA. Brought my Jeep in for a recall repair. Met Sam, very nice and professional. I was given a lis I had been seeing a family mechanic since moving to VA. Brought my Jeep in for a recall repair. Met Sam, very nice and professional. I was given a list of repairs that needed to be done. Returened two weeks later to have a few things off the list repaired. Done in a timely manner, you can definitely tell repairs were made. Great Experience I happened to stop by the dealership after riding by with my family and was greeted by Joshua Jensen. Josh was not only able to narrow down the Jeep I wanted but even he, his sales manager and finance manager helped to have the best jeep that I was searching for imported over and worked in my car trade value for the best price. Oil change and tire rotation Made appointment for oil change. After an hour and a half car was still not in shop. This is because they put my car in the no appointment line. Advis Made appointment for oil change. After an hour and a half car was still not in shop. This is because they put my car in the no appointment line. Advisor only checked in it after it was brought to my attention. Ending up spending close to three hours for this which should have been about twenty minutes. More
