Helpful, fair, straightforward From the start I had heard good things from friends and coworkers about this dealership. I talked to a salesman about a week before my purchase and to From the start I had heard good things from friends and coworkers about this dealership. I talked to a salesman about a week before my purchase and told him that due to negative equity in my current vehicle I would be about a year out from making any purchases. When I went back with my wife we were looking at grand Cherokees and due to my previous statement we were just looking. We met Troy who allowed us to take a car for a test drive even though we were still a distance out from what we believed would be a good purchase date. After the drive we sat down with Troy and another salesman we told them we loved it but couldn’t afford to add on anymore negative equity. They took a look at our finances, came back with an idea but did not push for the sale. After about two hours we came to a deal that got us into a new Jeep with no negative equity at all. Long story short this is my seventh vehicle purchase and was by far the easiest. I have purchased 6 of those cars at dealerships and again this was by far the best treatment we have received. That being said if the service side holds up the way the sales side has there is a very good possibility that Troy and his team have won over a lifelong ford man. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a low pressure sales environment, with reasonable prices, and people who either know the answer to your questions or find the answer for you!
