Quick Had a few things done to on my truck including an oil change and recall and changing a broken window button. They called each time they had something completed and called to make sure I wanted to continue with the service and to give me an estimate. Great work, and was done earlier than expected. Prices at dealers are always high and the $100 charge just for visiting is also annoying. $150 in parts and labor with a $250 bill. But other than that service is great mechanics are friendly and staff is kind as well. More

Didn't do the state inspection I took my Durango in for 2 recalls, an oil change and state inspections. The state inspection was not done, but during the 15 point courtesy inspectio I took my Durango in for 2 recalls, an oil change and state inspections. The state inspection was not done, but during the 15 point courtesy inspection, they notice my license plate bulbs were out, and wanted to charge $174 to change them both (Advance has the bulbs for $8.50 each). I couldn't spend another hour in driving for a new appointment for the state inspection. When I got in my car to leave, the steering wheel was so covered in dirt and grease, I had to stop before I left the service bay to wipe it down with a baby wipe. Very disappointed in the service, I expected much more considering how nice everyone was when I purchased the vehicle there. I thought the car would have at least been run through the car wash, but maybe that is not standard with Southern dealers? More
