Didn't do the state inspection I took my Durango in for 2 recalls, an oil change and state inspections. The state inspection was not done, but during the 15 point courtesy inspectio I took my Durango in for 2 recalls, an oil change and state inspections. The state inspection was not done, but during the 15 point courtesy inspection, they notice my license plate bulbs were out, and wanted to charge $174 to change them both (Advance has the bulbs for $8.50 each). I couldn't spend another hour in driving for a new appointment for the state inspection. When I got in my car to leave, the steering wheel was so covered in dirt and grease, I had to stop before I left the service bay to wipe it down with a baby wipe. Very disappointed in the service, I expected much more considering how nice everyone was when I purchased the vehicle there. I thought the car would have at least been run through the car wash, but maybe that is not standard with Southern dealers? More

The only reason it’s not 5 stars is the last 3 times I have used the service department my floor mats and drivers seat have had grease or oil on them. I understand the mechanics are working hard to get our vehicles turned around quick, but need to pay attention to cleanliness of the vehicle being serviced. More
