Another outstanding service visit! Took my Ram Promaster 3500 / Winnebago Travato RV in for a coolant flush and a check of a couple lights with moisture in them. Quency quickly checked me in and asked if there was anything else that they should look at. I mentioned I had been having problems with the key turning in the ignition. They checked out both items and new parts are on order under warranty. They accomplished the coolant flush quickly as well. One thing that always impresses me with Southern is the friendliness and efficiency of the people. From the first personal interaction scheduling the appointment, to encounters in the clean, well equipped waiting area, the service techs and the people who check you out, everyone smiled and seemed genuinely happy we were there. This makes Southern service stand out. Will definitely continue having my van serviced there. More
