Traveling from midwest VA Engine light came on, when in to dealership, told me they were busy and may not get to me for a couple hours, but able to have a technician review and Engine light came on, when in to dealership, told me they were busy and may not get to me for a couple hours, but able to have a technician review and within 30 minutes they had a good idea of the problem, offered to work on it, but knew it would be a couple days, and I was traveling, but they assured me I could get home and let another dealer check. The diagnostic they performed was pretty accurate, had issues with the local dealer getting resolved. More
No follow through I got my oil changed and for the third time explained to the service department that there is corrosion on one of my wheels. They were not sure if my bumper to bumper warranty or separate corrosion warranty would cover that, are you kidding me? Corrosion on any part of my $37,000 Jeep after just one year better be covered. Anyway, they sent me to the body shop who looked at it and said they'd have to look into it. After a couple weeks of hearing nothing from either department, I sent an email to Amanda Kelly...no response. Great sales department but service is a fail. More
Probably the worst service and customer service dealerships I dropped my jeep wrangler off there with a broken clutch, ball joints were broken and my traction control was not working. My advisor was Sam and I told him to fix my jeep asap. Everything should have been covered under warranty considering my jeep only had 15k miles on it. They told me it would take 5 days so I got a rental car. A week later, I call for an update, and Sam tells me they haven't started it. Apparently he never got the "green light" to fix it. Whatever, I tell him I want it fixed. 2 weeks later, I call and speak to the manager. She tells me it is all ready for pick up. I drive over only to hear from Sam that they still never got the green light to fix it. A day later, it's fixed, charged me 3,000 dollars for a job that was 3 weeks late. Told me it would take 5 days max. I played 3,000 for a new clutch and 1300 for a rental. No reimbursement. No help. Would highly recommend hall dealership. Southern doesn't care about you. Thanks sam and poor management! More

He understood my practical needs and went out of his way to help me make my choice. Extremely professional. I personally have never had a smoother experience with a dealership ANYWHERE. I test drove a Jeep Compass and was determined to leave with that vehicle. I could tell Cale was mentally taking note of my reaction to the vehicle, my comments etc. He knew my story, what I had been driving. In the end he suggested I try a Renegade. I said no, that I was happy with the Compass, but he knew something was missing from my decision. He made a point to tell me that the Renegade was the better deal, less money and more of what I was looking for. He was right. He sacrificed selling a more expensive car for what he knew I really wanted and needed. His knowledge of not just what I looked at but everything was way above anything I have ever experienced when buying a vehicle. The whole process and everyone was super helpful and friendly. More

Everyone was very professional and accommodating. JR asked me what vehicle I wanted not telling what vehicle they were trying to get off the lot. JR was awesome and a phenomenal sax player - I listened to a couple of his songs while waiting.. Overall I was very pleased with the purchase of my 2018 Renegade and I look forward to many years of fun. I even referred a friend who just happen to be in the market for a new vehicle and she can't wait. More
