Found a vehicle online, went to dealership to view the vehicle. After walking the entire lot I went inside to inquire. A person met us at the door and asked if we were looking for someone. Gave him the stk# and after waiting for over 20 mins he came back to inform us that the truck was being used as a loaner. We never got the persons name nor did he introduce himself. After going back online I was contacted by an internet sales mgr, I told them the story and was assured that that would not happen again. That’s when we were aired with Lowen. More

And the truck needs new rotors, which is my fault because I took the “certified” pre-owned for granted. 3) The lifetime parts and service ad got me. It’s if they replace a part and that part fails due to them installing it; not they’ll cover all parts and service which is how I read it.
