Charged me for work they didn't do, or at least didn't do correctly. Dropped off my Jeep to have the airbag replaced for a recall, and now my seatbelt chimes won't shut off even when when buckled, and the ai correctly. Charged me $200 to adjust my parking brake cable, but parking brake still won't hold the Jeep. I can push it myself by hand with the parking brake engaged. They also charged me for brake fluid.. the parking brake is cable actuated! Parts were stolen off of my Jeep while it was in for service. They ordered parts that didn't fit my Jeep, then told me that my Jeep had the wrong parts on it, and I would need to replace those also, then they left the new part on my passenger seat uninstalled, and charged me for it even though they never put it in. They were also supposed to do a Virginia safety inspection and they didn't do it even after I asked them specifically if they had done it and they assured me they would do it. Every time I tried to call, I sat on hold for so long I would finally give up. Every time I went to the dealership in person I was told the mechanic was not available, or the service manager wasn't there, or some other reason nobody could help me. They always promised to call me the next day, and never once actually called. Then when I show up in person they would tell me, "Hey, we were just bout to call you" More

After almost a week of having my car I had to call several times to get the service writer and then she still didn't have an answer on what broke on my car. Told me that she would call me back after s several times to get the service writer and then she still didn't have an answer on what broke on my car. Told me that she would call me back after she had talked to the tech. I called the next day couldn't get hold of her. Called again and after being put on hold she finally answered.she gave me a list of things wrong with my car. And that one part was on back order. Ok how long will it be on backorder? I don't know, can you find out? Not till you pay for the parts. How much are the parts? I'm going to have to find out... The next day called to get prices. Service advisor picked up. Morning it's My name, did you get a price up for me on my car? Yes it's going to be $1875.00 plus labor. ETA on parts? I told you that you will have to pay for them before we can see. Ok let me think about it and I'll call you back. Called parts was told that the part was on national backorder and they are looking at up to 3 months plus before the part will be coming in. Can you get the part in question from a 3rd party? And he told me that they didn't use aftermarket parts I can understand that. Ok thanks. Called service back and left a message. No call back. Next day called 5 times and each time she had just stepped out of the office. Or let me give you her voice mail. No call backs. Called the next day voice mail, she just stepped out, voice mail, called the Serive manager nothing. Called the General manager he answered . Can you have service call me I have been leaving messages and not getting any call backs. 2 hours later. Hi, I've been trying to get up with you Mr. B. But you haven't been answering. My blood pressure goes up some. No uou haven't because it's my cell phone and it would show me if you called even if I missed your call.... So I decided not to fix the car for now so how much do I owe you for the diagnostic. She told me and I gave her my credit card#. Then she told me that they really want my business and I could rent a car while waiting on the part to come in. Had to explain to her that if I couldn't be told even when a part is coming in and it could be months down the road did she really expect me to rent a car? Long story short bought a new car from another dealer and they gave me a nice trade in on my broken down car. Just answer the phone and don't give people the runaround. More
