Losing confidence in service department attentiveness. Brought my vehicle in check engine light which required a parts orders. Stopped by dealership for status of order and scheduled repair. Waited a while before checking status. I've haven't been successful in reaching my service contact nor have I received a call back. Appears I have to stop by the dealership once again for status. They sold me a car that was a complete wreck over $7000 in repairs to still have problems . Wanted my car back they said it was sold but then said they wanted to put me in something else and now I’m in the in repairs to still have problems . Wanted my car back they said it was sold but then said they wanted to put me in something else and now I’m in the hole over $20000 in a car with problems still . They say their cars run through service and are fully inspected when that is completely a lie . My car I got from them now was said to be serviced when the alignment was off the bolts used to align are bad and can’t be adjusted properly and the serpentine belt is bad so now I’m paying over double for a car that has problems which they never disclosed . Would not recommend going here as now I’m screwed for the next 7 years on this car . More

Worst experience ever, was lied to, and talked to as if I did not know any better. After being lied to and me calling out being lied to the service department admitting they lied and I was offered a car wa I did not know any better.
