Came in at 5 am for oil change. They won’t give out appointments, it’s first come first served. After waiting 3 hours I saw my car parked in front. After waiting an additional 40 minutes I went to office and told Sam I wanted keys as my car was done. Sam was completely overwhelmed and overworked. It wasn’t his fault.
