Went to get my truck serviced Got my truck serviced at Southern off of Military Highway the service department was great got my truck out in 2 hours the sales department on the oth Got my truck serviced at Southern off of Military Highway the service department was great got my truck out in 2 hours the sales department on the other hand is unquestionably the worst experience I ever had at a dealership. Salesman said he'd only been working there for a month said that he needed help feeding his kids and he could really use my help to help him. After telling him what I was looking for he said he had to go look for it said it wasn't even on the lot. The truck was on the lot. He came back all surprised after he found out that he was wrong and saying come on let's go look at your truck. Play the normal games that salesman's do. But went to a new career low for me told me what he could do told me what he couldn't do, was just a joke. Said that he didn't work for the dealership said that he worked for me saying he was on my side but then told me to get out of his house his office. More

Service Dept I called to set up my appointment for a leak, lock/electrical issue with driver door, electrical issue with interior light, and fog lights not coming I called to set up my appointment for a leak, lock/electrical issue with driver door, electrical issue with interior light, and fog lights not coming on. I was told it would be a $129 “diagnostic fee” which would be applied to the bill, which is fine. When the service advisor called when the leak issue was assessed, he stated they would need the vehicle for a couple days because they need to fabricate the parts. I asked how much that would cost and it was approximately $1000. I have nothing that is aftermarket on my car. Why would it have to be fabricated? The advisor stated he was just passing the message because leaks are outsourced. So I then asked how much were the other issues going to cost. He stated they had not started on looking into those issues yet. Somehow got on the topic of the “diagnostic fee” which I was informed it is $129 per problem, not all together. This was not specified when I called originally. I said since it is going to be at least $390 before even knowing the problem I would just come back and pick it up. Since they only assessed the leaks and not all the other problems they would only bill me for that.... ok.... go to pay and it’s $150.... what happened to $129??? I give it 2 stars instead of 1 because Jay was considerate and respectful through the hole ordeal. To no fault of the employees I felt taken advantage of by the company itself. More
