I went to get a simple tire patch. They had a new mechanic patch the tire and were joking around because he couldn’t get the tire to fill with air. Sad day when a mechanic doesn’t do the job right (drills to big of a hole for the plug) and they try to make the customer pay for it. Why would I get any future maintenance done here? More

I always have to call and figure out what is happening with my car- no one ever reaches out to me with the status of my car. It usually takes several hours for the customer service rep to get back to me a with my car- no one ever reaches out to me with the status of my car. It usually takes several hours for the customer service rep to get back to me after I have left several voice messages. It would be so much easier if I could just speak directly to the mechanic. I left with more issues with my vehicle than when I arrived. In order to fix the new issues, I had to schedule another appointment for 4 weeks later. I have had my vehicle serviced here several times but never have had a satisfying customer experience. I feel very frustrated usually when I leave. It has never been an easy experience there. The mechanic, Mike, who I worked with this past time was excellent and very kind and honest with me. However, once current issues are resolved, we plan to have our vehicle serviced elsewhere. We will soon be on the market for a new family car and we always appreciate a good, long standing relationship with our local dealer. More
