I have purchased all my cars from Southern Dodge unfortunately I am not impressed with the service department as I have personally experienced poor customer service on several occasions. I came in at 7:05 am for an inspection and 27 point servicing. Was there for 5 hours without one rep giving me status on why it was taking so long.
