Southern Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram FIAT - Service Center

I came in for an oil change and the next day my oil plug flew out while driving down the interstate because it want torqued down after the oil change. After that I had to get my car towed to the dealership flew out while driving down the interstate because it want torqued down after the oil change. After that I had to get my car towed to the dealership while I also had to go back to pick up a loaner vehicle until mine was looked over. They gave me a 2023 jeep grand Cherokee, while driving this car home the radiator hose became disconnected from the engine and the engine started smoking violently. I pulled over and popped the hood which was how I saw the hose disconnected and called the dealership back. The dealership then instructed ME to connect the hose back and add water to the radiator!!!! At this point I was over it and just fixed it myself. More

There was terrible customer service at this location. We’ve tried calling to make an appointment and did not get an answer. Tried the online appointment option and that didn’t work. We dread having to deal with them at all after spending $70,000 on a truck. More
