When I arrived at the dealership, I was informed that the service center computer network was inoperative. I continued to receive an update as the day progressed and within 2 hours they were able to service service center computer network was inoperative. I continued to receive an update as the day progressed and within 2 hours they were able to service the vehicle. The TPMS was not working and the technician reset the sensors, but did not or was unable to find the cause. The issue appeared to be resolved, however the issue has again recurred and I will have to bring the vehicle back to be serviced. I would give the service center a 5 star rating except for the fact that the problem I had ultimately was not resolved. More
