I have struggled with the dealership for a while from getting my car, to the service. The first time I brought my car in for an oil change and for a state inspection it was all completely free and I was getting my car, to the service. The first time I brought my car in for an oil change and for a state inspection it was all completely free and I was told that they were complementary. This time when I scheduled the appointment in the app, it said that my service total would be zero dollars. When I picked my car up, they told me it would be $88. I was not informed of the price change and was told that the app is working on being updated but is still showing incorrect pricing. I think that people should be made aware of the price of a service if it is different from what they were quoted in the app. Or there should be no prices shown in the app and you should receive an email with the estimated cost of service. It was an expense that I was not expecting and was not able to easily pay so this was a difficult , unexpected charge for me. I would appreciate if someone would like to reach out to me to explain this misunderstanding. I am not sure who I spoke with when checking out as Conway was unable to help me because his computer wasn’t working. But the gentleman that did help me was not helpful and only provided that the app is trying to be updated, but did not offer any solution to my issue. I mentioned that it would be better to know this ahead of time and he said that the price was an industry standard and I wouldn’t be able to do it cheaper myself and tried to tell me how much it would cost for me to change my own oil. I just didn’t appreciate, what was said or that I was unaware that I would have a charge, when I was quoted zero dollars in the app. I just wish the situation could be fixed for people in the future as I will not be using this dealership for my service for my vehicle.
