Bit of a hiccup with having to delay the repair due to a broken part, but it isn't fair to blame something like that on the people at Southern Ford. Stuff like that happens. This repair took multiple attempts, and I had to hound your company to execute. If I didn't keep pestering your employees to execute, it never would have been done. That's poor customer service.
