Based on a remote sale, Manny verbally agreed on the phone to a car sale and agreed to contact me back after gathering warranty information. He never followed through nor bothered to contact me to let phone to a car sale and agreed to contact me back after gathering warranty information. He never followed through nor bothered to contact me to let me know the car was sold to someone else. Later I called him back to inquire about another car they had for sale, and he never returned my phone call. Very frustrating and his behavior demonstrates lack of professionalism and respect. This was my experience when trying to deal with this dealership remotely. Hopefully, in-person sales are treated more respectfully. It appears that remote customers are not valued nor welcome at this dealership. Needless to say, but I purchased my car elsewhere. More

The dealership has now had my vehicle for over a year. Whenever I pick up my vehicle, there is more damage and needed repairs. I reached out to Mr. George in May 2023. His response was that he would look into the issue and contact me. I have since reached out to Mr. George several times. He has not responded, which is extremely unprofessional. According to the workers and managers, the dealership's repairs department is understaffed. The repairs department is very unresponsive and unprofessional! I am still awaiting a response! More

I'm also not satisfied with how long it took me to get the second key to my car. I'll set up when I went to look for my salesman to put gas in my car I could not locate him and by that time I was sick being there so I left gas was NEVER put in my car like I was promised. More
