My truck is exactly what I ordered and is in perfect condition. It was fully detailed at the time of delivery by people who obviously care. Despite rumors I've read about other dealers, both FoMoCo and the helpful staff at Hall Ford stayed in touch with me during my 4-month wait. The professional staff in sales, financing, parts and service have been highly accommodating. Every single person I've been in contact with at Hall Ford was kind to me. Even the General Manager was personally involved with my purchase and has been in touch since. Product, price, professionalism and people matter to me. So far, Hall Ford gets 5-stars in each category...I'm a fan! More
