This is the second time I have visited Hall Ford for service. The were very efficient and friendly. This time was for an oil change. They performed the job quickly and went above and beyond. I was due service. The were very efficient and friendly. This time was for an oil change. They performed the job quickly and went above and beyond. I was due for a state inspection and didn't realize it. They went ahead and did the inspection as well as rotate the tires and perform a 15,000 mile inspection (tire tread and brake pads). It was all covered by my rewards points so I didn't even have to pay (it was all done for free). Can't beat that with a stick! They could have not said anything and I might not have realized but they didn't. I am very impressed. More

Dropped off the car and within an hour it was ready to go. Questions I had about getting new tires and a wheel alignment were answered and actually saved me money on this visit.
