Recently bought a 21 Escape from Hall Ford. Chuck was our consultant. He met us at the door and is easily one of the most polite and helpful sales consultants I have ever dealt with. Everything he did was to the betterment of the customer experience. I'm a longtime Ford owner (1st Ford 1965 F-100) and have had dozens since. I'm a loyal customer and Chuck did nothing except enhance and help solidify that loyalty . Thanks Chuck. I'm sure I'll be seeing you again down the road. Only down side to the transaction was the home delivery not being at the time it was promised. Had to delay delivery until the next day due to a conflicting appointment we had scheduled well after the original delivery promise. We weren't kept informed of the delay in delivery and that was an issue with me. S Wood More
